Associate Director, Customer Insights & UX Research

This is a temporary position for 6 months. Hims & Hers is seeking an Associate Director to join our Customer Insights & UX Research team. In this role, you’ll lead high priority research initiatives that help shape how we understand our consumers and bring their voice into business, product, and brand decisions. You’ll serve as the strategic insights lead across multiple categories, partnering closely with senior stakeholders. You will lead research for two emerging categories while overseeing thought leadership and marketing claims initiatives that shape brand and business strategy. You will design and manage end-to-end research, translate complex data from multiple sources into clear insights, partner with cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and elevate insights storytelling.
