Virtual LPN/LVN Home Health

The Virtual LPN/LVN Home Health nurse administers skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services via approved virtual care technology. Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC). Perform patient visits in a timely, professional, and appropriate manner per standards of care, coordinating total patient care including interdisciplinary communication with other health care providers, office, and physician. Contact physician regarding patient changes; receive and write verbal orders. Render skilled nursing care, as assigned by the registered nurse, according to the physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing techniques and procedures, established standards, and branch policies and procedures. This job is fully remote, but you must live in a state that Enhabit does business in.
