Community Manager, Forum

In this role, you will lead the design, content, and programming of our Discourse forum. Your customer obsession and strategic thinking will be crucial in building an inclusive, engaging online community space that connects our users. You’ll be responsible for revamping the look of our current forum, curating and developing content, moderating conversations, and identifying opportunities for engagement and improvement. By leveraging insights from the community, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, marketing, and growth efforts. Your work will help turn Grammarly’s forum into a hub for conversation, problem-solving, and brand advocacy.
