Data Operations Analyst

As the Data Operations Analyst at CO:CREATE, you’ll play a foundational role in building out the data infrastructure that powers our product, operations, and artist experience. Reporting to the Operations Lead, you’ll serve as the company’s go-to for trustworthy, actionable data — pulling signals across systems, designing intuitive dashboards, and uncovering insights that drive better, faster decisions. While your primary focus will be on data — including SQL queries, dashboarding, and strategic analysis — you’ll also wear a few other hats, supporting light financial and operational workflows that help keep the business running smoothly. Your work will equip every team at CO:CREATE with the clarity and confidence they need to move fast, stay aligned, and build something remarkable for the world’s top tattoo artists.
