Head of Data

Accountabilities:

• Define the vision and roadmap for the data function, prioritizing initiatives for maximum business impact.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Data team.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, operations, and leadership.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in Data Science or ML Engineering, with at least 2 years in senior leadership or ownership roles.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with ML frameworks.
• Expertise in one or more areas: recommendations/personalization, time-series forecasting, or fraud/risk modeling.
