Security Operations Center Lead (m/f/x)

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead and scale our Security Operations Center. As the SOC manager, you will establish and refine SOC processes, mentor and grow a team of analysts, and serve as the primary point of contact for all incident response and security monitoring activities. You will partner with engineering, IT, and executive leadership to align our security operations with business objectives, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuously improve our detection, investigation, and response capabilities. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of the SOC, developing and maintaining SOC playbooks, running major security incidents, defining and tracking SOC metrics, overseeing tuning of SIEM/SOAR platforms, conducting risk assessments, mentoring SOC analysts, ensuring SOC processes meet regulatory requirements, and implementing new security tools.
