Our Client Success Team lead role will offer you the opportunity to lead and develop a team of talented and passionate Client Success managers of our German/Austrian brokerage business. Your main responsibility will be building, leading, and strategically developing the Client Success team for the German and Austrian brokerage markets. You will set clear goals with a strong focus on client satisfaction and long-term retention, as well as analyze and track relevant KPIs and client feedback using a data-driven approach to develop targeted measures for improving performance and efficiency.

Scalable Capital was built in the cloud from day one. The services currently run on various AWS services like ECS, Fargate and Lambda and utilise a multi account strategy. The Cloud Engineering Team focuses on a reusable and modular cloud infrastructure to enable the development teams to deploy and operate services in the cloud productively and securely.

You will continuously improve our Cloud Foundation in AWS based on Account Factory for Terraform. You will be responsible for improving internal backend applications and deployment automation using tools like Terraform, AWS Lambda and Python. You will develop custom tools and scripts to build features AWS Services do not offer. You will mentor and enable our engineering teams to further foster our DevOps culture.

Join the Client Success Platform Team on the Client Technology Tribe as a Senior TypeScript Fullstack Engineer. Build a client-facing and internal-facing platform guaranteeing that Scalable’s clients receive world-class customer support in a timely manner, even during phases of high-growth or unexpected market events. Create, run and improve microservices and serverless code using TypeScript, and contribute to Python and Kotlin projects.

As a Senior Cloud Security Architect, you will own and evolve our AWS security architecture across a multi-account environment, define guardrails, design secure patterns, and partner with platform and product teams to ship resilient, compliant services at speed. This role involves architecting cloud foundations, securing the software development lifecycle, leading threat detection and response, governing data protection and encryption, and driving governance, risk, and enablement.

The role also involves staying abreast of emerging security threats and technologies to continuously enhance the organization's security posture.
