Corporate Paralegal

The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for preparing and maintaining corporate records, assisting with drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, and supporting contract lifecycle management. This role involves coordinating due diligence processes, managing real estate and permitting documentation, and assisting with compliance tracking. The paralegal will also liaise with outside counsel and internal stakeholders, support risk management, and assist with special projects as needed. Candidates located outside of a 50-mile radius from our Irvine office may be considered for a remote opportunity.
