Job Description
Partner with the PDN team to understand reporting needs and deliver impactful business intelligence solutions. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, SQL, and other BI platforms. Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that support strategic initiatives. Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support informed decision-making across the organization. Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and usability. Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development.
