Job Description
Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth platform and conduct intakes, assessments, and client-driven treatment plans. Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, peer clinicians, and supervisory team. Maintain timely, accurate notes in our EHR. Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination and target 15-36 sessions/week.
