Release Train Engineer

Plays a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of Scaled Scrum across our projects. Leads and facilitates the agile release train, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and delivery excellence across multiple scrum teams. Is a servant leader, focusing on providing the support needed by the teams and ARTs to be self-organizing and self-managing. Listens to and supports teams in problem identification and decision-making. Develops Scrum Master Capabilities: Serves as the primary mentor and coach for the team of Scrum Masters, fostering their growth by enhancing their Agile and Scrum expertise, providing guidance, training, and best practices to elevate their skills and drive continuous improvement across the tribe. Facilitates PI Planning and Support PI Execution, optimizing Flow and improving relentlessly.
