Support paid customer acquisition strategy and help drive scalable growth for our streaming subscription business, the NFHS Network. This person will report to the Director of Performance Marketing and play a key role in optimizing and expanding our performance marketing programs, with a focus on data-driven execution, cross-channel innovation, and continuous A/B testing. You’ll help us bring the excitement of high school sports to fans across the country – one click, view, and subscriber at a time. Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns across paid channels (e.g., paid social, search, video/CTV, and more), optimizing toward acquisition KPIs and efficiency goals. Spearhead new ideas and implement A/B tests across creative, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, landing pages, and more to uncover learnings and drive performance. Analyze campaign data to identify actionable insights, make performance optimizations, and prepare clear reporting summaries for stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, MarTech, and data teams to align creative, messaging, and channel strategies with broader growth objectives.
