Job Description
You Will:
- Manage and optimize deployment of internal O&M and third-party contractors.
- Focus on plant availability, report on outages, and lead a solution-oriented approach.
- Work with Commercial Asset Management for all technical reports to Tax Equity.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy power plant operations.
- Demonstrable experience leading, mentoring, and developing junior technical employees.
- Well-versed in electrical, structural, civil, and optimization of power assets.
