About the Role:
- Apply biology expertise to train and evaluate AI language models.
- Challenge AI systems with complex scientific questions and realistic lab scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate responses across cell biology, molecular biology, genetics, and more.
- Verify factual accuracy and identify reasoning gaps in AI-generated answers.
- Document reproducible errors and recommend improvements to prompts and evaluation criteria.
Requirements:
