Job Description
Support the development and implementation of digital strategies across web, social, email, SMS, paid media, and emerging channels. Assist in planning and executing campaigns that raise awareness, grow supporter lists, and drive engagement and fundraising. Conduct research and gather insights to inform audience targeting, messaging, and channel selection. Help collect and analyze performance data across platforms and prepare reports and recommendations. Contribute ideas and optimizations to improve campaign performance and meet client goals.
Draft and edit copy for digital content that aligns with brand voice and strategy. Collaborate with design, development, and strategy teams to ensure content meets client objectives and deadlines. Review and proofread materials to uphold clarity, accuracy, and quality. Contribute to initiatives that strengthen Teal’s digital marketing strategy and capabilities. Maintain a 70% billable benchmark to support team and company goals.
