Designer - AV Design

Responsibilities:

• Lead AV design projects and communicate directly with clients to manage expectations and deliverables.
• Organize and manage the internal design team to produce milestone deliverables, performing QAQC on all client submissions.
• Travel to project sites and client meetings as required, including potential international travel for installations and supervision.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in 3D drafting with Vectorworks or AutoCAD, with 5+ years of experience in AV and show design for theater, film/TV, or museums.
• Strong understanding of current AV technology, industry standards, and the ability to read architectural blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and possess excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.

• This is a full-time, permanent remote position with a preference for candidates residing in specific US states like CA, TX, or NY.
