Senior Backend Engineer

In this high-impact role, you’ll architect, build, and optimize the backend systems that power our product experience — from APIs and business logic to optimization algorithms, data flows, and performance-critical services. You’ll take ownership of complex technical challenges, shape our backend architecture, and ensure our platform remains robust, scalable, and secure as we grow. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll stay deeply hands-on with Django, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and modern backend practices. You’ll collaborate closely with frontend, data, and product teams, drive technical excellence, and foster a culture of clean code, strong testing, and continuous improvement.
