Responsibilities:
- Design and drive real world evidence studies, including retrospective cohort analyses, claims-linked outcomes studies, and PRO studies.
- Identify evidence opportunities across clinical and commercial portfolio, developing study proposals with clear rationale and timelines.
- Serve as scientific point of contact for external research partners, representing Oura's evidence work in cross-organizational study planning.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or PhD in Epidemiology, Public Health, or related field with 8+ years of RWE experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in observational study design and RWE methods, including causal inference and claims-based research.
- Hands-on experience with wearable data and additional real world data sources like claims, EHR, and registries.
