Sr Manager, Investigations & Threat

The Senior Manager, Investigations and Insider Threat will be a key leader within the new Versant Cyber organization. This individual is responsible for leading advanced investigative operations and developing strategies to detect, assess, and mitigate risks associated with content protection & internal threats. Reporting directly to the VP, Cyber Defense Operations, the successful candidate will be expected to leverage their technical acumen, discretion, and collaboration across various business units to protect company assets and personnel from malicious or negligent insider actions. Key areas of focus for the Senior Manager, Investigations and Insider Threat include digital security operations, investigations, device forensics, e-discovery coordination, digital rights management, and data loss prevention. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing cybersecurity, content protection and insider threat investigations, designing and maintaining a content security & insider threat detection and mitigation program, utilizing threat modeling and behavioral analytics to proactively identify potential insider risks, and partnering with Legal, HR, Compliance, Physical Security, and IT.
