Sr. ADME and Quantitative Pharmacology Director

About the Role:

• Provide strategic leadership across DMPK, clinical pharmacology, and modeling & simulation for the expanding portfolio.
• Report to the VP, AQP, and oversee DMPK and PK/PD activities from candidate nomination through clinical development.
• Make significant contributions to integrated drug development strategy within a diverse R&D organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead DMPK and PK/PD strategy across discovery and development programs.
• Drive clinical pharmacology strategy including dose finding, exposure–response modeling, and risk-benefit assessment.
• Oversee PK/PD study design, analysis, and interpretation, collaborating with clinical operations and regulatory colleagues.

Qualifications:

• PhD, PharmD, or MD in Pharmacokinetics or related discipline with 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in PK/PD, modeling & simulation, and exposure-response strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Health Authority regulations (ICH, FDA, EMA) for small molecule development.
