Who You Are:
- You are an MD with deep expertise in drug safety and pharmacovigilance.
- You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced biotech environment.
- You bring at least 12 years of industry experience, including senior drug safety leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead pharmacovigilance activities for investigational drugs, including case processing and safety reporting.
- Manage external vendors and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop risk management strategies and contribute to submission documents.
Education, Experience & Skills Requirements:
- Post-graduate degree (MD, DO) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 12 years relevant industry experience, with 9+ years in senior drug safety.
- Experience in clinical development, post-marketing safety, and regulatory submissions.

- This is a remote role based in the U.S., with quarterly visits to our San Francisco office.
