Training Platform:
- You will partner with the client's GKE training platform from the workload side.
- You will tune GPU scheduling, job queueing, and RDMA/GPUDirect networking for throughput.
Distributed Training & Evals:
- You will run and debug multi-node PyTorch (FSDP, DeepSpeed, Megatron/NeMo) and Ray Train jobs.
- You will build benchmarks, model evals, and telemetry so changes are measured, not assumed.
Ownership:
- You will treat the platform as your own, proactively find issues, and support the scientists using it.
- You will explain design decisions and stay effective as client priorities change.
