Product Operations Manager

As a Product Ops Manager, you’ll be responsible for orchestrating the tools, processes, and governance that will support our Product and Tech organisation to be extremely efficient. This role will be initially accountable for Content and Research operations with opportunities to expand the role in the future. On the Content Ops side, you will be responsible for end-to-end content localization and translation pipeline — with a strong focus on our Phrase tool. Your mission: make our translation workflows faster and smarter by leveraging AI and other tools, while ensuring high quality standards. On the Research Ops side, you will manage a team of 3 Research Ops professionals responsible for scaling and streamlining our research processes. You’ll manage tools, knowledge repositories, and workflows that support both discovery and solution validation. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re proactive, organized, and have a high level of ownership to drive those topics autonomously.
