Associate Director of Product Classification

About the Role:

• Lead the Product Classification organization to ensure accurate categorization of products.
• Build metrics and accountability frameworks for classification accuracy at scale.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and client-facing teams.

Your Impact:

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing classification team.
• Drive operational excellence through rigorous cadences and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Manager on system architecture and roadmap.
