Applied Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and drive applied science initiatives to completion with a focus on business impact.
• Build and deploy AI systems like customer lifetime value models and LLM-powered agentic systems for ad copy generation.
• Own the reliability and performance of deployed models, including monitoring and iterative improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in applied AI/data science with a proven track record of deploying models to production.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with agentic software engineering tools.
• Solid foundation in probability, statistics, experimental design, predictive modeling, and causal inference.
• Ability to drive technical roadmaps, work on complex projects cross-functionally, and communicate effectively.
