Executive Medical Director, Clinical Development

Strategic Leadership:

• Drives clinical development strategy for assets and identifies critical milestones to meet timelines.
• Provides leadership for clinical study reports, key documents, and regulatory submissions, while managing and mentoring team members.

Clinical Trial Design and Oversight:

• Leads development of clinical trial protocols, including patient selection and study endpoints, ensuring adherence to GCP guidelines.
• Oversees trial conduct with CROs and partners, reviews clinical data for safety and efficacy, and manages contribution to essential development documents.

Medical Expertise and Collaboration:

• Provides deep medical and scientific expertise in the therapeutic area and reviews clinical data for safety concerns and benefit-risk assessment.
• Works cross-functionally with clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and project management to align clinical strategy with execution in a fast-paced environment.
