Operational & Technical Leadership:
- Ownership of daily case flow from image receipt through report delivery, including workforce management and partner oversight across onshore and offshore teams.
- Real-time monitoring of key metrics like turnaround time and error rates with proactive intervention to prevent delays.
Systematic Improvement & Automation:
- Drive the migration of radiology groups to standardized integration formats to reduce downstream error rates and deploy automated image matching infrastructure.
- Partner with Product to design solutions that reduce manual intervention, targeting systems capable of handling millions of images without proportional headcount growth.
P&L, Metrics & Team Development:
- Own the P&L for the Radiology Services business unit and conduct weekly KPI reviews tied to SLA targets for report delivery and error resolution.
- Lead team performance through 1:1s, goal-setting, and fostering an environment where high-performers thrive and operational discipline is the norm.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Build proactive communication channels with radiologists, referring providers, and imaging center partners to reduce complaint escalations.
- Establish yourself as the trusted operational point of contact for external partners, ensuring responsiveness and follow-through on all interactions.
