The People List & Org Chart team sits at the heart of Deel HR, building the tools that help organizations see, understand, and manage their workforce clearly.
We own the features that turn scattered worker data into structured, visual clarity; from flexible org structures and worker relations to dynamic org charts.
The team's mission is to empower every stakeholder in the organization to understand, navigate, and act on workforce structure with clarity, accuracy, and speed.

Responsibilities:

Building a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for your area of responsibility
Working cross-functionally to collect and address the diverse needs of different product lines
Leveraging all of the core PM skills you have honed to date to drive progress through the entire product development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a fast pace environment (ideally scaleup/start-up)
Independent and autonomous leader
Understanding of both UX and UI
