Manufacturing Solutions Consultant

Role Overview:

• Manage pre-sales activities and resource planning under the Solutions Director's leadership.
• Thrive in customer-facing interactions, building rapport and handling high-stakes scenarios.
• Travel in the EU/UK up to 75% during peak sales periods for onsite and remote support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship for account executives and liaise with project management teams.
• Utilize expertise in Redzone modules to conduct assessments and influence decision-makers.
• Apply strong judgement and communication skills to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Required experience includes at least 5 years in Manufacturing Operations, CI, or Compliance leadership.
• Must have a BA/BS in fields like Engineering or Business Management and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
• Fluent in a second language such as Italian or Spanish is advantageous for this role.
