Staff Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Own the analytics layer powering business decisions across Product, GTM, Finance, and Operations.
• Design and maintain scalable, well-modeled datasets using dbt and Snowflake.
• Implement robust testing and monitoring frameworks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

AI Integration:

• Build with AI daily, using tools like Claude Code as a core part of the engineering workflow.
• Develop AI-powered analytics systems, such as an AI agent that can act as a Data Analyst.
• Contribute to defining how AI changes system design and analytics workflows.

Collaboration & Impact:

• Partner deeply with Data Analysts, Product, and business leaders to define metrics and deliver insights.
• Communicate complex technical tradeoffs clearly to product, design, and executive stakeholders.
• Thrive in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment where ownership is real and the roadmap evolves.
