Responsibilities:
- Coach students and early-career professionals on accounting principles, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Guide coachees through practical skill-building exercises and career development, including resume reviews and interview preparation.
- Support salary negotiation, networking strategy, and promotion advice for those advancing in their firms.
Requirements:
- Significant hands-on experience in accounting or finance (public practice, industry, or both).
- Prior mentoring or coaching experience with a clear, structured approach to explaining technical concepts and career strategy.
- Ability to set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver high-quality experiences.
