This is a contractor position for an experienced Broadcasting Coach to work with clients aiming to enter or advance in the broadcasting and news industry.
Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with the Leland team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience.

What We're Looking For:

Hands-on experience in broadcasting or journalism as an on-air talent, producer, reporter, or industry professional.
A strong understanding of what it takes to succeed on-air and behind the scenes, with a clear, structured coaching approach.
Ability to support clients in both technical skill building and career growth, including resume reviews and interview preparation.
