Build and maintain data models in our data warehouse to track collections performance metrics and serve as the foundation for our collections prioritization model. Develop attribution logic for payments and account cures to accurately measure collections effectiveness. Create monitoring systems and alerts for collections processes, including email campaigns and outbound call operations. Design and implement data pipelines for third-party collections agencies, including assignment, recall, and direct payment tracking. Collaborate with CX teams to incorporate agent performance metrics into the collections data model. Support implementation and data integration of third party software and ensure data models are well tested, documented and maintained for long-term scalability.
