Cloud Release Quality Manager

About the Role:

• You will lead and coordinate software releases across cloud platforms, ensuring timely delivery of new features and hotfixes.
• You will champion the use of AI agents and automation to modernize release operations, improving efficiency and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage release timelines, track milestones, and facilitate go/no-go meetings with stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents to automate release activities such as status reporting and checklist validation.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, and support audits for SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

What You Bring:

• 1-3 years of release management experience in cloud-based software environments.
• Hands-on ability to build and deploy AI agents using LLM APIs or low-code platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines, with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range $100,000 - $120,000 plus stock equity.
