Staff Application Security Engineer

Role Overview:

• Senior security engineering role focused on protecting applications, infrastructure, and software systems at scale.
• Take ownership of application security programs and partner closely with engineering and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own SIEM configuration, tuning, monitoring, and alert development to identify and respond to threats.
• Conduct security architecture reviews, code reviews, and penetration testing of web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain vulnerability management processes and CI/CD security controls.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in at least one programming language such as Ruby, Java, Python, C#, or Node.js.
• Strong hands-on experience with SIEM platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of application security testing methodologies including SAST, DAST, and IAST.

Benefits:

• Base salary range of $182,800–$215,000 USD with equity and annual bonus potential.
