Job Description
As a Regional Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Advisor - Construction, you’ll be the go-to expert for HSW across multiple construction sites in the South Island. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and contractors to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of safety and wellbeing. Your day-to-day will include leading and supporting site-based HSW practices aligned with Summerset’s HSW Management System and supporting the development and implementation of site-specific safety plans (SSSPs) and contractor compliance. You will triage all incidents, investigate incidents with actual or potential high severity, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
