Job Description
As a Bioinformatics Engineer, you will design, prototype, develop, and test new computational pipelines and visualizations for single cell data analysis in Trailmaker. The position involves continuous iteration and improvement of existing single cell pipelines and features, incorporating feedback from customers and colleagues. You will perform troubleshooting of customer analyses and stay updated on the rapidly evolving field of single cell genomics, relaying observations of new methods and benchmarking studies to the team. The role requires experimentation, testing, and continuous learning in an agile, diverse, and multidisciplinary team environment. The position is 100% remote.
