Cybersecurity Lead | Product Security Engineering

About the opportunity:

• Join the Xplor Security team as a Product Security Engineering Lead to secure products serving everyday life verticals.
• Report into the Director of Product Security Engineering within the Cyber Threat Intelligence, Engineering & Response function.
• Help build, automate, and integrate product security services across key business verticals and Xplor brands.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary product security engineer for key verticals with frequent engagement with engineering leadership.
• Automate security design review programs, including threat modeling and release readiness, scaled to product maturity.
• Manage product security vulnerability lifecycle, including triage, prioritization, and remediation verification.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Application Security or Security Engineering experience with a Computer Science degree or equivalent.
• Enterprise experience providing product security advisory and influencing security improvements.
• Strong hands-on cloud experience across AWS and Azure, and fluency with AI-assisted development tools.
