Senior Data Analyst – Growth (w/m/d)

Own Growth Analytics Initiatives: Proactively identify, scope, and deliver analytics projects that accelerate user growth, engagement, and monetization. Experimentation Leadership: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments, rapidly iterating based on data, and driving projects from hypothesis to measurable impact. Actionable Product Insights: Deliver actionable recommendations for product features, onboarding flows, and personalization, tracking implementation through to business impact. Build & Maintain Dashboards: Develop real-time dashboards for core growth KPIs, ensuring stakeholders always have access to relevant and actionable data. Partner closely with Product Managers, Growth Marketers, and Data Product Owners to turn insights into shipped product and campaign improvements. Execute advanced cohort and segmentation analyses, pinpointing key growth levers and enabling precise targeting of high-value users. Champion Data Quality.
