Web3 Technical Lead

As a Web3 Technical Lead, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the technical success of DeFi projects built by external partners on our infrastructure. Rather than building a single protocol, you will operate at the ecosystem level. This requires a deep understanding of the entire dApp stack, from how the chain works, to the infrastructure required for projects to succeed (oracles, node providers, bridges, etc.). Your responsibilities include partnering and providing protocol support, offering internal tech leadership, and ecosystem evangelism & technical advocacy. You will be involved in advising senior management, collaborating with dapps engineering teams, improving security, representing the protocol, and creating technical content. The role requires a deep understanding of DeFi protocols, solid grasp of Layer 2 concepts, familiarity with EVM infrastructure projects, and experience reviewing smart contracts. Humility, strong communication skills, and passion for Web3 are essential. Experience in DevRel / DevOps / Front-end roles and familiarity with multi-chain deployments are a plus.
