Lead Data Engineer

Role:

• Become a trusted data and AI advisor to clients across industries, helping them translate business questions into AI-ready data architectures.
• Design and implement AI-optimized data platforms, including cloud data warehouses, lakehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, orchestration jobs, and analytic layers.
• Write production-ready code in SQL, Python, and Spark, and contribute to the evolution of the AI-forward data engineering practice.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in relational databases, data pipelines, data modeling, and production coding.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Databricks or Snowflake required), cloud ETL/ELT tools, and DevOps best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently or lead a small team.
