Staff Data Engineer

About the role:

• PerfectServe is building a unified data platform, and you will own the implementation design
• You will shape the detailed architecture alongside the architecture team
• This is a senior role with genuine influence over the platform

What you will do:

• Design ingestion pipelines and model raw data into business-ready datasets
• Work directly with data consumers to ensure the platform answers real questions
• Mentor data engineers and set engineering standards for quality and testing

What you bring:

• Substantial experience building and operating cloud data platforms
• Deep SQL and strong command of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery
• Experience with dbt, AWS, and dimensional modeling
