Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive advisory support on German labor law to People teams and management, focusing on individual and collective matters.
  • Prepare, accompany, and document collaboration with the works council, participating in the negotiation and creation of works agreements.
  • Draft, review, and maintain employment law documents, policies, and internal legal opinions to ensure compliance.

Collaboration and Development:

  • Work closely with the Head of Legal & Compliance and key stakeholders from People, Management, and the works council in a collegial environment.
  • Gain exposure to adjacent legal fields like corporate and contract law in an international context for broad in-house development.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors when necessary and help identify legal risks to develop pragmatic solutions.
