Ayming UK is looking for an R&D Manager to join our thriving team in the heart of London. Your main responsibilities will be : Advisory Role:  Provide specialist advice on R&D tax reliefs to clients, acting as the final escalation point and ensuring feedback enhances learning and knowledge sharing. Expertise: Leverage expertise in tax, people management, communication, and client-facing skills to cultivate strong relationships and retain satisfied clients. Team Management: Lead a team of 5, fostering an environment conducive to peer-to-peer knowledge transfer, and oversee complex claims and client projects. Startegic Involvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, share expertise as a subject matter authority, and collaborate cross-functionally to uphold quality, support business development, elevate the department's profile, and spearhead innovative solutions.
