Senior Manager, Process Assurance

Role Overview:

• Merlin Labs is building a non-human pilot for full-stack autonomy in aviation.
• This role leads the process assurance backbone supporting certification across multiple programs.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and grow a team of engineers across configuration management, development assurance, process assurance, and software quality.
• Own configuration management and partner with engineering and flight test leaders to improve processes.
• Establish a compliance auditing program and represent process assurance with certification authorities.

Who You Are:

• You have 12+ years of experience in aerospace systems, software, or hardware development.
• You have direct working knowledge of DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754A/B, and ARP4761A.
• You have 5+ years of experience leading teams and have successfully defended process documentation in audits.
