Associate, Contract Management I (Temporary Position)

We’re looking for a Contract Management Associate to join us initially on short term basis in our Belfast Office. As a member of our team, you will be working on a legal project for our clients and supporting the business by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts as part of a wider general support service to the client’s contracts management and in-house legal teams. Be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of Commercial Contracts. Working closely with our Client’s in-house legal departments on a range of matters such as international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology or consumer matters. Active caseload management. Adhere to all Factor delivery processes and commitments.
