Data Associate - Marketing Analytics

Job Summary:

• You will own analytics work end-to-end, building Snowflake/dbt models and Periscope dashboards for funnel reporting.
• You will independently diagnose drop-off drivers with SQL and Python, translating findings into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor key funnel metrics, diagnose deviations, and drive to root cause with minimal guidance.
• Build and maintain dbt data models in Snowflake and Periscope dashboards to enhance marketing reporting.
• Communicate recommendations to senior management and partner with Marketing, Risk, and Engineering.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of data analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL and relational database knowledge, plus proficiency in Python.
• Ability to work effectively with AI tools while verifying their output.
