Lead Data Engineer

Role Overview:

• Blend is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to design and maintain enterprise data solutions.
• This role focuses on data warehouses, operational data stores, and ETL pipelines.

What You'll Do:

• Own the middle layer of the data pipeline, combining Quantum interaction data with operational sources.
• Build and maintain ETL workflows and manage AWS resources to support Tableau dashboards.
• Investigate data issues and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Architecture.
• Strong AWS, SQL, and Spark skills, with hands-on ETL pipeline experience.
• Investigative mindset and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
