Associate Director - Data Strategy, Enterprise Reporting and Implementation

In this role, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to C-suite executives on data initiatives, understanding client personas (CFO, CIO, CHRO, CAO) and advising on harnessing data to support strategic goals. You will advise clients on establishing a technology and data strategy program that democratizes data, leverages modern cloud platforms, promotes data management, uncovers critical control needs, monitors data quality, and more. Enhance clients’ technology stack and serve as Solution Architect to implement, collect, store, transform, process, and analyze data in a single source of truth consistently, efficiently, and without siloes. Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions across multiple cloud platforms. You will lead end-to-end data solution implementation, including ingestion, storage, transformation, and visualization using tools like Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse Analytics, Fivetran, Talend, PowerBI, Tableau, and Sigma Computing. The role also includes mentoring team members and supporting business development.
