Drive strategy, build a high-performing team, and shape the future of decision-making at Customer.io. Serve as a proactive business partner to leaders across departments. Collaborate closely with Finance, EPD (Engineering, Product, Design), GTM, and Customer Success teams to embed analytics in key decisions. Ensure high standards in data governance, quality, and accessibility.
