As Head of Data, cultivate a high-performing data organization spanning Data Science & Data Analytics, lead data scientists to develop machine-learned solutions, and provide proactive strategic insights to influence Lime’s products and operations. Enable self-service for technical product managers and engineers.

The Data Product Owner will be responsible for maximizing the value of data by identifying and prioritizing features for the data team. This role will understand the needs, strategic objectives, and industry norms of all MeridianLink’s business processes and data products to clearly express feature requests. The role will coordinate and communicate across technical, business, and customer-facing teams.
